City of Alliance signed the first MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Volunteer Youth Alliance.  This partnership will open many volunteer opportunities for youth serving in city departments like RSVP (senior center), police, animal control, fire, library and museum.  The first service event was the senior valentine dinner on February 14.  Next up is the RSVP recognition dinner on Saturday, March 8.  Sign up soon...numbers are limited!
